And perhaps they eventually drop out of school or change jobs or what have you. It seems a bit much to confront them with a brick wall when this happens. It would be work for Tim, but perhaps the moderators should be able to tell Steve/Tim that they want the email address updated for a specific member, and Tim could set some flag on the guy's account, and from that point on it will bring up a banner when they log on, telling them to update their email address, and if they don't do it within X amount of time we go back to your solution. That keeps it out of the group, and guarantees that people see it. bruce
