The fact is that IE is being installed.  All the evidence I cited proves it.  I
don't make it sound like anybody has to stop using Netscape so I'd appreciate if
you don't imply that I do.  You said, "IE is not on the computer," which is not
true, as my experiment proves.  DLLs are the code, just like EXEs, only
difference is that they are in the library form.

I'm am not the only one that knows the facts, it's a common knowledge among
Windows programmers.  Post a message on any Windows programming board or
newsgroup asking whether HTML Help requires IE and you'll get the same answer
(or maybe you'll get ignored because you haven't read the FAQ and it has been
discussed many times before).
