I think if you spell out exactly what you intend, and how it is to be operated, it might gather more interest. KKUP tournaments were equalized so that the hardware was approximately equal. In essense, it is just a postal chess game. You might simply advertize on one of the postal chess groups. I'll bet you would get a lot of takers. It would also be interesting if some humans entered.
