I don't see how white can progress after this sequence of moves :

[Event "?"]
[Site "?"]
[Date "????.??.??"]
[Round "?"]
[White "?"]
[Black "?"]
[Result "*"]
[SetUp "1"]
[FEN "4q1kr/p6p/1prQPppB/4n3/4P3/2P5/PP2B2P/R5K1 w - - 0 1"]
[PlyCount "12"]

1. Qxe5 fxe5 2. Rf1 Rc7 3. Bd1 b5 4. Bb3 Rc4 5. Kh1
Qe7 6. Kg2 Qe8 *

Here, if white wait while playing his rook between f1 and f3 or his king between
g2 and h1 then black can make no progress.
In my sens 1. Qxe5 is not winning it's simply drawing from in inferior position.
This draw is very deep (about 20 plies), a computer could find it after many
hours of "thinking".
