During the game it must have become clear to many people that Junior would probably run over Adams in the second game with White and then had a good chance to trash Kasparov who is steadily loosing to computers since ages with another solid 2:0. Kasparov loathed that perspective which destroys his market value for future matches, computers and not. It also wasn't in the business interest of kasparovchess.com at all. Looking at this powerful site it could be that there is very serious big money involved. Conspiracion theorists to the front: Where did the net problems come from?
