You cannot made such comparison, Rebel Century is a DOS program, and it is not
written to run on multiple processors.  Rebel Century would only use one
processor if run on a multi-processor system.  Unless the program is completely
rewritten for Windows, even then it requires further programming in order to use
multi-processors.  So your comparison is incorrect and not reliable.
