To me that statement can mean many things. The organizers could be afriad that
Kasparov might not win the tournament named after him. Or Kasparov seeing that
this porgram played better than he expected might have had some fear put through
him.

It could also mean that he is talking about the Junior team as maybe causing the
trouble cause they were afraid of getting killed. Who knows, as first glance you
might think it is in reference to Kasparov. But with Bob's comment here, you do
not know if he is stating what most us us think he maybe saying.
