Subject: ICC server claims draw when it's not !

I played a game on ICC today and when I hit my opponents last pawn so he had
a bishop and I a knight, the server stopped the game and told that it was a
draw: "Game drawn because neither player has mating material".

I have constructed the following position which shows the opposite:

[D]3n1k1K/7B/8/8/8/8/8/8 b - - 0 1

1. Nf7#

So why does the server do this ?

Luckily in my case it was a draw :)
