I think Chris Whittington's computer chess ideas are very good.  I think pretty
much everyone else feels the same.  I don't think he's mentally an idiot, and I
doubt if anyone else feels that way about his technical ability.  His program
plays interesting chess.  CS-Tal games are fun to watch.

He is shunned because of his non-chess related behavior.  Do you really believe
otherwise?
