I do not agree about "in every facet of the game". There are cases when all the programs cannot understand simple things that even less than 2200 players understand. For example they do not understand many fortress position. I agree that programs have often better evaluation function than masters but there are also cases when the opposite is right so I cannot say they play at least master level in every facet of the game.
