Hi:
In any case strenght of Cstal measured in comp-comps games is irrelevant as much
that program was designed to play human kind. It has been so from the beginning,
it has been said from the beginning and still the issue is discussed talking
about this or that comp-comp tournament. Like to qualify a car according to his
naval capabilities.
From my experience, its strenght against humans is appaling. Easy to say such an
attack is "flawed" after the game has ended and you was crushed by it. It is
neccesary to play this attackers to know what the experience means. We sometimes
forget that chess is fight, not a word puzzle to solve or an exercize in
polynomial problems.
