After experimenting quickly, I believe that what you need to do is:
a) Load the game into MacChess - use File: Import: PGN if it is a PGN file.
   (as I recall, Essentia lets you export a select game or games as PGN)
b) Go to the end of the game - clicking on the button at the bottom right
   of the "Moves" window should do this
c) Use the menu item Analyses: Analyse Game.
