The ssdf try to get rating for fritz6 with the fast hardware.
Shredder2(p200MMX) is a player with a known rating based on games of the past.

playing shredder2 on the fast hardware against fritz6(p200MMX) is not going to
help the ssdf because both players have no known rating.

shredder2 was not tested on the fast hardware because the ssdf always use fast
hardware for new programs and old hardware for old programs.

It may be interesting to have rating for shredder2 on the fast hardware and for
Fritz6(p200MMX) but the ssdf think that it is more interesting to get rating for
the new programs with new hardware and there are not enough testers to do both
of the things.

I believe that if you can convince enough testers to test Fritz6(p200MMX) and
shredder2(K6-2 450) there may be a match like you suggest(you need to wait until
at least one of the programs will have a known rating).
