Basicaly the same as Xboard. I wasn't paying enough attention to the menu I guess. With Winboard it will also allow you to advance to the next position with Shift-Page Down, what the menu lists is Alt-Shift-Page Down for a shortcut, but usually I can do Winboard shortcuts without using the Alt key. If Xboard lets you use shortcuts too, you might find this less clunky. Unfortunally Winboard isn't providing a Comet like list of positions to select from, but it does work. I really thought it could only do one position per file. Pete
