what is the problem?
he lives in france.
i live in germany.
he is french. i am german.
he has bought a k6-3, i have bought a k6-3.
he has played a game and i played a game.
so what is your problem. shall i forbid HIM to post a game
AFTER i had played mine ????
i was first, and later HE made a game in france.

did i posted the game or him ??
you still did not answer who and when posted the game.
why not ?

how shall i influence or forbid somebody living in france
i do not talk often, only sometimes via email, not to play certain
openings ?
he has no idea about what i do play, and i do have no idea what he does.
we do not collect the data in ONE database, why should we.

i don't see a problem in your point.
and you still have not quoted the sources. why ?
if you have a point, why don't you show it to me.

did I posted the game or eric ?
