KQQKQP is difficult to generate and KQPKQP even more. I will be already happy If
 Eugene does KQQKQP

Probably he's not as greedy as others are. Or he's not interested in the money
at all. I think it's good to publish somethings software for free. Look at
linux, crafty, and all the others.

This sounds ok. Since Eugene+Edwards+Thompson generated the bases.

I think the tablebases is something everyone could generate if they have enough
computer power. I also think that the current algorithm to generate tablebases
can be speedup up by replacing it by a faster algorithm. Eugene does not do this
because his current version still works.
By the way, I think there's only a very small number of people who fully
understands how egtb.cpp work?
