It detects memories problems which other memory test program fails to find. You should get this program if you suspect that it is a memory problem. From the description of the problem above, it seems to me that is a bad memory installed in your system. I had experienced similar problems which you described above, and when I ran the "Ram Stress Test", it detected one bad bit in the Address line of the RAM. Since I exchange the memory, I never had any problems since. Try it. Laurence
