The file will be huge and there are a _bunch_ of other 6-piece files that have to be completed first. The tablebases are self-contained, but you have to have promotion cases to play correctly, so if you have krpkr, you can't stop there. You need kqrkr and so forth to handle the eventual pawn promotion. You also need the smaller files as well to handle captures correctly.
