It does better at 'normal' time controls as that is where I have been tuning it for the past year or two. If you want to see which programs are better at bullet/blitz/standard time controls, just log on to ICC. If a computer operator is running program X and plays mainly 0 1 vs Crafty, you can be sure he thinks that he has a better chance at 0 1 than at 15 15. If you use the 'search' command you can generally discover the 'trend'.
