Nxe6! takes only 3". > >Greetz, Jeroen The version of The King in Chessmaster 7000, with default setting of 1MB (I'm still trying to get the development team to change that), takes 20 seconds to find the same line on my PII-400. I suspect most of the time difference is because of a combination of processor speed and smaller hash size. HOWEVER, this version of The King expects 1...Qb8 rather than 1...Nc5. jm
