The rated game feature in Junior 6a takes the full allotted time for the
computer even when you have set a low rating level. Hiarcs 7.32 and Fritz 6
correctly have the computer playing fast when set at a low rating level. The
Junior method does have the advantage of simulating the clock use behavior of a
human, but at the cost of the human sitting for long periods waiting for the
computer to move even on a low level.
