I wonder if it is less than 18 months. 6 years ago I paid about $1650 for a 486-33 with hardly much in the way of accecories. 5 months ago I paid the same amount for a Pentium III-450 with tons of accessories, but now 5 months later you can get faster machines for at least 1/3 less and maybe under $1,000. If their computer is $100 million then it is only about $100 per processor? John
