Fritz5 is blind in this position.
fritz5 cannot see a simple repetition but the position is not very simple for
computers
It is simple for them to see that b2+ does not win and that 1...Kd3 2.Rb4 Kc3
Ra4 is a draw but they need more time to see that lines like Ne3 leads to a
draw.

programs usually can see the draw after less than 3 minutes on pIII450
