Robert,

I hardly consider myself a stupid person, but I do consider myself a naive
person in some areas. When I was moderator, I posted a private Email from Tim
here. I was unaware at the time that it was incorrect to do so.

So, it is probably a mistake to assume that a moderator knows copyright laws
concerning this and to assume moderators do not have the time because they made
a mistake.

Maybe a set of moderator guidelines to ensure that moderators are informed of
aspects of the job which are not necessarily clear may be in order. Steve?
