1.  I noplayed ban for reasons having nothing to do with 'chess' but with
'insulting behavior by the author' (IMHO).  I explained the reason here.  If
you don't follow that, that is not my problem.

2.  I haven't noplayed zarkov that I know about.  I run an automatic interface
part of the time that _will_ +noplay a computer that plays more than 4 games,
but in the case of Zarkov (run by Max or John) they always let me know when this
happens and it is fixed the next day.  So where do you get your information
that I noplayed him when he was 2700?

3.  I don't do what I want, when I want, because I am an "old man".  I do so
because it is my perogative.  I don't own you a thing.  I generally pay my
'debts' when they exist, but here none does.   I want to play a variety of
players, not one computer program.  I _insist_ on playing a variety of players,
not one computer program.  I take action to make this happen.  And I don't think
I need either your permission, nor your approval, to do so...
