If that were possible, crafty would never miss an event. But the rules don't allow it. Personally, I hope the ICC tournaments continue and become big hits, as the ECCA events are simply too expensive for me. More fun to go in person, as I did for 20+ years and ACM events... but once upon a time, things like the WCCC alternated between Europe and America as the ICCA (now ECCA) charter specified. That got lost many years ago, as the last event held here was the 1989 event in Canada...
