You are right that the hardware is faster relative to the israeli league.

I do not know of an operator mistake in computer-human games in the Israeli
league.
The only operator mistakes in the Israeli league that I know about are my
mistakes in the game Rebel-shredder and the mistakes of the operators in the
game Fritz-shredder when Fritz's operator offered a draw and shredder's operator
did not accept the offer and lost the game.

Do you know about an operator mistake of Fritz against humans in the Israeli
league?

I saw that Fritz did not use tablebases in the Israeli league but I doubt if
tablebases could help it.
