The latter is hard to tell ; the first one is obviously wrong ; it is quite
common that on ICC when certain GMs play about 50 players of lower strength are
watching even when it is some 3/0 blitz game . In relayed standard games 100-200
spectators is not unusual at all .

When it is about cheaters present at ICC just as frequent as say at yahoo, zone
, FICS : is this based on personal experience playing there for yourself ?
