I don't know if that's already done, but it seems like a >logical solution. the problem is, with a 5 min or 10 min blitz game the human gets about 5 or 10 sec per move. a pentium 200 is about 30 times as fast as a 386. so even at 1 sec for the computer it is like giving a 386 computer a huge handicap in a blitz game. now, if i were a master, it would be a different story.... vince
