If you have to sleep with somebody in one room, and he is like this man,
and you cannot stop him, and he repeats his sh*t all day long, one day
you get aggressive yourself - although you would have never thought you
would behave like this. It is the classical setting Jack London
described between IDEALIST Humphrey van Weyden and MATERIALIST Wolf
Larsen on board of the Ghost, a ship. Weyden was a pacifist, idealist
and very knoweldged. Civilized. Rich family.
Wolf Larsen no education, just survival of the fittest. Believes in
Darwinism.
If you have read the book you maybe have followed that the IDEALIST
develops into a KILLER=materialist meanwhile the Materialist has the
luxury because he has power, to behave like an IDEALIST !
Wolf Larsen CAN offer idelistic point of views because he knows, he can
in any situation KILL Van Weyden. Van Weyden cannot longer live his own
ideals, cannot live his pacifism because Wolf Larsen could kill him any
second if he does not take care. So : I felt that this RT had the same
INFLUENCE on me like Wolf Larsen had on Humphrey van Weyden. If you
don't see my point, you can reread the Seawolf by Jack London.
