I don't see the need for mud-slinging myself, it's pretty childish. Although it
reflects mostly on the people who sling the mud, it's generally unpleasant, and
I don't see what else this topic could generate.  May as well ask who is the
ugliest programmer if you want something irrelevant that encourages rancorous
debate. ;)

I'm surprised no one else has added the custom position-assessment feature that
Crafty now has, i.e. the ability to stuff a position value into the hash table
and have it "stick", so the program stops recommending lines that go bad over
its horizon, etc.  Great feature for deep analysis of a particular position.
