Yes. If there is a way to make Fritz play with the autoplayer, can it be
revealed? I'd like to try some games against the DOS version of Hiarcs,
and also CSTal. And while I'm adding requests, how about support for the
TASC Smartboard, in addition to the DGT Talkboard. I'd like a quiet game
of chess with Fritz in friend mode, but it appears that the only board
they support is too talkative for me, ie. no LEDs. So I have to look at
the screen or listen to Fritz speak the moves.

The DGT home page:

http://www.schach-daniel.com/sc00004.htm/

seems to say that Matthias fixed the Rook-sliding problem, somehow by
taking back all the extra moves. What does this mean exactly? Is it
transparent or does it record all the sliding Rook moves, and then take
back all but the last? If this is the case, does it take extra time?

Thanks for any answers,

kp
