You should look up the word bulverism in a dictionary, you did it again. BTW when discussing a search algorithm you do a lot better analyzing its average case than its extreme case. I really dont know if MTD is better than PVS, but I believe it cannot be all that much worse. You better accept it, I use the Satanic-Algorithm (MTD) and not the Cuddly-Good (PVS-NS) way.
