Much more interesting than >solving a customer's problem. Why so sarcastic ? I can't begin to imagine how many end-users of Oxford Softworks products there are; if you were to count all the licenced product end-users as well, it must run into several hundred thousand, millions even. Dealing with technical support is a full-time job, carried out by a full time employee. Its not a job for the boss. This board was specifically set up to be free of 'I can't get so and so to work'; or 'company xyz is a bunch of rip-off merchants' or whatever. Although the other 'founders' will be squirming in their shoes at my lack of diplomacy; its actually an elitist board where knowledgeable people, interested in computer chess, can discuss; without being in danger of attack and abuse. The unspoken idea was to leave 'support' to KK on rgcc. > But answering the way you did is like saying: "fuck you". >Sorry for the words. :( Well, Thorsten didn't say that. But .... Chris Whittington
