Much more than a trillion teraherts? I must have missed it. A hydrogen bomb won't create wavelengths anywhere near that short. We are eons past hard gamma rays by this time. One thing is sure, we won't be using electrons or even photons to accomplish this feat. Maybe someone will discover particles many orders of magnitude smaller than the smallest known particle and a way to make them oscillate "really fast" but I don't think the current laws of physics lend any sort of mechanism for your computer. But it would be interesting if someone did invent one. I'll be more than mildly surprised if someone does.
