Frederic: On the topic of entering moves via keyboard ... There has been a long standing bug in Fritz 6 and Junior 6 that is not fixed by any of the patches released to date. The bug appears when you try to move a piece to the 7th rank. The number is 7 is important here. If a bishop can move from f8 to g7, you may get around it by typing Bg or Bf8 (if the only other square that is valid for the bishop to move to is g7). But try it when the bishop can move to either e7 or g7 ... when you type the 7, nothing happens. It's as if you typed nothing. This is rather annoying (and I spelled the word correctly here!) when trying to key in moves. Is this bug fixed in CB 7 or CB 8? It would be nice to see a patch for Fritz 6 or Junior 6. At least fix it in Fritz 7 and Junior 7 -- please! Thanks for reading, Roy
