You cannot decide by a known test suite because programs can be tuned for a
known test suite.

I prefer to know Gandalf's result in Enrique's secret test suite.

I understood from the result that Gandalf is one of the strongest chess programs
in the world but I do not think that it is the strongest.

I remember that I read a rating list that suggest that it is in the same level
of Fritz6a and it is not enough to be number 1 because I guess that the new
versions of Fritz,Shredder,Rebel and Tiger are better than Fritz6a.
