I think i found the problem. Pulsar does not mulitply the penalty for advancing castle pawns by any kind of scaler proportional to material count of enemy. In that position it gave a -10 penalty for that pawn structure were a pawn is worth 100. I looked at the simple chess program it would have multiplied that -10 by 3500/600 and gotten nearly a 58 point penalty.
