He means that many programs see that white has an advantage after those moves,
even though after Ne5 Be6 Bxe6 fxe6 Nf7+ Ke8 Kxh8 white can be losing.
Incidentally, this is what I get here for output on the position after Bxc4 dxc3
Qxd8 Kxd8:
5 1.25 ++ 3. Ne5!!
5 1.45 -1.52 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 Kc7 5. Bf4 cxb2
6. Nxf7+
5-> 2.02 -1.52 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 Kc7 5. Bf4 cxb2
6. Nxf7+
6 2.18 ++ 3. Ne5!!
6 3.24 -1.07 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 cxb2 5. Nxf7+ Ke8
6. Rb1 Rg8
6-> 4.44 -1.07 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 cxb2 5. Nxf7+ Ke8
6. Rb1 Rg8
7 6.67 -0.97 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 cxb2 5. Nxf7+ Ke8
6. Rd1 Bg4 7. Rd8+ Ke7 8. Bg5#
7-> 10.19 -0.97 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 cxb2 5. Nxf7+ Ke8
6. Rd1 Bg4 7. Rd8+ Ke7 8. Bg5#
8 12.84 ++ 3. Ne5!!
8 21.69 -0.46 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 gxh6 5. Nxf7+ Kc7
6. Nxh8 Bg7 7. Rc1 Bxh8 8. bxc3
8-> 28.26 -0.46 3. Ne5 Nh6 4. Bxh6 gxh6 5. Nxf7+ Kc7
6. Nxh8 Bg7 7. Rc1 Bxh8 8. bxc3
9 52.80 -- 3. Ne5
9 1:03 -0.90 3. Ne5 Be6 4. Bxe6 fxe6 5. Nf7+ Ke8
6. Nxh8 g6 7. Ke2 Bg7 8. Rb1 Bxh8 9.
bxc3
9-> 1:21 -0.90 3. Ne5 Be6 4. Bxe6 fxe6 5. Nf7+ Ke8
6. Nxh8 g6 7. Ke2 Bg7 8. Rb1 Bxh8 9.
bxc3
10 1:51 -1.27 3. Ne5 Be6 4. Bxe6 fxe6 5. Nf7+ Ke8
6. Nxh8 g5 7. Bxg5 Bg7 8. bxc3 Bxc3+
9. Ke2 Bxh8
So it is seeing that white is bad after Nxh8. Instead of Bxc4 it prefers to
play Qxd4 with a score very near zero.
