(Yes I downloaded the patch which >does nothing for me) The Chessbase GUI is still superior on the market, but I find that the Shredder GUI is quite sufficient for my needs. The only real problem is the lack of database functions. Since I use dedicated software for that anyway, it's not a problem. Can't comment on the autoplayer as I'm worse off than a rookie when it comes to that subject. However, I've heard that Shredder 4 had very good A232 support, which probably hasn't deteriorated.
