Besides which, they might be super-GM's.  Why (possibly) denigrate them?

What we agree to is pretty much irrelevant.

I used to be a martial arts instructor.  The legend goes about the grand master
of my school that he once asked his masters for some sort of certificate
describing his rank.

"Your rank is in your hands." was the answer.
