Fail High Reductions

Instead of nullmove, use your static evaluation and
look if what it returns is greater than beta, and that
there are no threats. If so, reduce the depth by one ply.

There is a paper on the internet available about it,
written by Feldmann.

Pro:
- its a negative extension and hence will catch zugzwangs
eventually

Con:
- it sucks compared to nullmove
- you can't combine it with nullmove
- the paper is...how shall I put it....suspect?
