In this case Gambittiger is probably not going to win.

I believe that Deep Fritz(12 hours per move) is better than Gambit2(1 hour per
move) and it is enough that one of the memebers with Deep Fritz post analysis of
Deep Fritz after every move when the majority vote for Deep Fritz's move to get
a game between Deep Fritz(12 hours per move) and Gambit2(1 hour per move)

I think that if you want equal chances then it is better to give Gambit2 more
time.

I prefer to see
Gambit(48 hours per move) against CCC(24 hours per move)
