I'm sorry I haven't the solution to Windows/ME, maybe someone here or ChessBase
can help you?

I do know that Win/98 is the better OS to run Fritz and I believe
Win/2000 is a better OS as well. Win/ME is a "Lemon" from what I've heard
so far, and would not use that system.
