These games do not count. They are played with the ChessBase device. No programmer has confirmed this device. And also it is not an open device. It is as if the board of the ICCA would decide in a "pandorra room" (=no people allowed to watch or follow) which program is world champion. Who would acceot this without having seen games or programs or machines ? If you want to make something scientific, you cannot do it like the ssdf-guys have done it with Fritz5 in this case. Believe me, you cannot win in this point. You can try heavily. But this will not work. By signing the paper of Ossi towards the ssdf-guys Stefan Meyer Kahlen and Richard Lang and Chrilly Donninger of course were instrumentalized by Ossi Weiner. BUT: On the other hand their request and the request of Ed Schroeder cannot be forgotten and they cannot play as if these 200 games count and do normal business. They can oversee Ossi Weiner. He is only a sales-man. But they cannot oversee Ed Schroeder, Stefan Meyer-Kahlen, Richard Lang, Chrilly Donninger. If they request to clearify, if they ask for ignoring these 200 games of Fritz5 because the device was not publical available, if they forbid further games fritz vs. their programs, ssdf- cannot exist any longer. Its over. You will maybe need some more time to accept this. But in this case your own weapon (scientific approach and argumentation) is killing you (=Moritz and you and ChessBase).
