Deep Shredder played a "patzer" opening. (That is a direct quote from
Petrovich.) Deep Shredder went in and out of book 4 times. However coming out
of book Shredder thought it was even.
What made the opening so bad, was that it gave the GM too much intiative. You
would think a 2000mhz machine would be the one attacking, however that was not
the case.

I asked Petr a few questions after the game:
I asked him if he has prepared for the game in anyway:

I asked him, other than the opening (which we all know was horrible) what were
some other mistakes made.
Petrovich(GM) tells you: hmm, you made too many mistakes in the opening
Petrovich(GM) tells you: i think position like D35, D36 is a weak point of
programs. Attack of pawns minority
Petrovich(GM) tells you: and gave me dangerous initiative
I asked him if there were any other mistakes:
Petrovich(GM) tells you: Bg4-Bc8 was awful
I asked him if he had thought that Deep Shredder had played too many moves
without have a distinct plan:
Petrovich(GM) tells you: yes, He changed plans every move
Petrovich(GM) tells you: you gave me 4-5 temps for development
I asked him, in this particular game, to rate the performance of Deep Shredders
play:
Petrovich(GM) tells you: you played like 2100-2200 :)
Petrovich(GM) tells you: FIDE ELO
And of course, I asked him if he would accept a rematch:

I expected to see a heavier kingside attack, but I think with all do respect,
Shredder was outplayed.
