Hi!

See this posting for You and say your opinion, Ok!!

I play no Online-Chess in CCC - Why? But play "live" !
Here my posting for You:

"In ICC on-line chess I do not know myself yet out. Those are for me in
addition, no normal play conditions. I would play however very gladly a " duel "
against GM, on level lightning 5 ', 24 portions and on lightning 30 ', 10
portions. That also almost folded it in January 2001, should in the region
Stuttgart take place. I had a sponsor at that time already for it, and a German
computer journal offered likewise a money on (GM does not play if he no cash for
it receives!). I called the magazine (so they wanted to have it) accurate date
and place, and was adjusted to it had to be played. The responsible of that
magazine however did not want to accept my conditions (" that is too easily for
me like that ", said it). My condition was: 14 days before the match I should
have the original CD including book and program! The program can learn or? -)
One offered with the following conditions (eMail I have still, think I):
1. Another place (700 km away from me)
2. the program version I may not know
3. the initialization book would be likewise prepared
4. GM wanted the magazine to place
5. I may some hours at the PC practice, more not I rejected in such a way.

I wanted to play " only " against an available PC version including book. Also
the place specified by me was ok one, because it would have become a " public
event ". At the place which I had suggested, took place "maemlich" a large open
- one of the largest open of Germany! Who there too had cowardly been? I am safe
that I in the PC duel against of GM (or IN) good chances would have had to win,
because I was very well "drauf". Unfortunate that it did not fold.

Correction:

1. It should be obviously a Computer duell

2. (" that is too easily for me like that ", said it) - - > that is not a
quotation from eMail separates only summarized words in a general manner! It
concerned it that I not too easily to have should with killer courses!

3. I already knew the program, however I was not allowed to know the version
number of the program!

4. " my schedule " (January 2001) did not fit the magazine, therefore the match
should take place elsewhere and in former times (to training I would have then
however no time had).
