Disable?? Do you know the CB Tiger? I don't think he has disabled anything. TBs must be installed and configured manually, in addition to the install process. Furthermore, you can't expect every user to have all the 5-piece tbs (not even that everyone know what tbs are...). So I assume the Rebel Tigers have the same problem. A top chess engine should *never* miss a mate in two. TBs or not, Nullmove or not... I'm afraid we must call it a bug IMO. But if you are satisfied with engines, that need GigaBytes of data for a correct 3 ply search... it's your choice. It's a chance to improve the product even further, to remove a problem. Valuable information for the programmers and distributors IMO. I don't think they find it ok to miss mates in 2 or things like that. Regards, M.Scheidl
