I have stayed out of the many posts on the subject. Nfow that I have visited the topic My objections are three fold. 1) The exagerated strength of Fritz being reported. Heck it may not be the best micro program even. 2) That the program is available for the GM study 2 months ahead of time. He will know more about Fritz than Fritz knows about Fritz, cause Fritz only follows it's prescribed chess road map. 3) A automatic break (rest time) for the GM. The match is tailored for the Human GM. It will not be interesting. I would say slaughter but I think the outcome will not be permitted to be that one sided. Don't ask me to explain this, just use your imagination. (I think I am a lil hokey pokie here :). Just my respectful thoughts ladies, gents & programmars. ooops did not mean that. Wayne
