It is not logical. It seems that I have to build my program I already did it in the past for a private case correctly and programs cannot lose rating from winning games unless I have some logical error. I am surprised to see that programmers do correctly the hard part of the program(doing it for the general case and not only for a private case) and are wrong in the easy part(calculating elo based on the results until conversion). I still believe that tiger has a better performance but I am not sure. It was my impression before reading the results without running the program.
